Last minute gift? Your secret is safe with us. For your convenience, overnight delivery is available on business days for orders being shipped within the U.S. for a $20.00 fee.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for select countries. Most international orders are shipped via D.H.L. and take 4 -12 days to arrive. Please email gemsbyava@gmail.com for rate information.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to make corrections to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to make this change. If your order has already shipped, please contact the shipping canier to attempt to redirect the package.

RETURNS
Gems by AVA offers a 10 day return policy that begins the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging and are subject to inspection prior to a refund being issued.
